Presentation Guidelines:

Presentation requirements: minimum of 10 minutes, maximum of 20 minutes on your project and procurement processes. We ask that presentations remain within the allotted time to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate.

Please consider including the following in your presentation:

• Introduction to your role and company
• Very quick overview of your project (location, years in operation, etc.)
• Current procurement practices. Key members of your procurement team, their roles and contact information
• Safety statistics and any tickets or training requirements needed to work on your site, if applicable
• Highlight community engagement, involvement, what makes them a good partner to the Tahltan nation (e.g. participating in previous supplier forum, community career fair and events).
• Closing comments

If you selected YES in your RSVP that you would like to have a booth.
Booth Participation Requirements:

At your booth, please come prepared to share:

• Overview of your company and relevant projects
• Step-by-step explanation of your procurement process
• Certificate requirements (e.g., Fall Protection, Confined Space, Equipment tickets)
• Indicate if certificates must be in-person or if online versions are accepted
• Insurance and bonding requirements
• Safety records
• Vehicle or equipment-specific requirements

Your transparency and participation will help Tahltan entrepreneurs better understand how to engage with your company and prepare for future opportunities.

Door prizes are not required at this event, if you would like to bring promotional materials you may do so at your leisure.
