Presentation Guidelines:

Presentation Requirements: Minimum of 10 minutes, maximum of 20 minutes. We ask that presentations remain within the allotted time to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate.

Please consider including the following in your presentation:

• Introduction to Your Business: Briefly introduce your company, your role, and the products or services you provide.
• Company Overview: Provide a brief overview of your business, including years in operation, location, areas of expertise, and any relevant experience.
• Products & Services: Highlight the key products and services your company offers and the types of projects or work you are equipped to support.
• Experience & Capabilities: Share relevant experience, past projects, certifications, qualifications, equipment, capacity, or other strengths that demonstrate your ability to work with industry partners.
• Contact Information: Provide your preferred contact information and any relevant information industry representatives can use to follow up with your business.
• Closing Comments: End with a brief summary of your business and the types of opportunities or partnerships you are interested in pursuing.
