New Employee Announcement
Announcing TCG’s new Fisheries Manager – Ian Clevenger

Ian Clevenger
Fisheries Manager
Hi, my name is Ian Clevenger and I am grateful for the opportunity to work for TCG as Fisheries Manager. I went to school at UNBC then spent the last five years working on various First Nation fisheries programs on the Nass, Central Coast and north end of Vancouver Island. I now live in Smithers.
I enjoyed working for TCG Fisheries last year up at Tahltan Lake on the weir and egg take projects. My favourite parts were watching the sockeye come home through the fence and working with a good hearted crew. Getting to clean fish for community distribution and supporting Tahltan Fisheries values were a rewarding component of the job as well. I am excited to keep at it, working with the team, out on the Territory.
In my free time I like to be outside, hunting, fishing, skiing, picking berries, whatever gets me on the landscape with people.
If you see me around, give me a honk, shout or a wave.
