ZOOM VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENT HOUSE RULES
1. Display Name Requirement
All participants must update their Zoom display name to their full name for verification.
- Participants will receive up to three reminders to update their name.
- If the name is still not updated after the third reminder, the participant will be removed from the meeting.
2. Respectful Conduct Requirement
All participants are required to adhere to the Respectful Conduct Protocol Policy throughout the session
This includes maintaining respectful dialogue, appropriate behaviour, and contributing to a safe and welcoming engagement environment.
3. Audio Management
To ensure a smooth and efficient virtual event:
- All participants will remain on mute for the duration of the meeting.
- Muting participants prevents disruptions and keeps the meeting on schedule.
4. Question & Answer Procedure
- Submit questions through the Zoom chat at any time. Questions will be addressed during the Q&A or in a follow-up if needed.
