On Friday, November 14th, and Saturday, November 15th, Tahltan-owned businesses and mining industry partners gathered in Prince George for the Tahltan Supplier Forum.

The event opened in a good way with a Welcome to Territory by Lheidli T’enneh Elder Les Baker, grounding the gathering in respect.

This forum was made possible through the sole sponsorship of Skeena Gold and Silver, in collaboration with TCG’s Dept. of Employment and Business. Their support provided a space for Tahltan suppliers to showcase their services, network with mining companies, and explore partnership opportunities that strengthen economic growth for the Nation.

Over the two days, the forum highlighted Tahltan expertise and built valuable new relationships. Holding the event in Prince George offered a central and accessible meeting place for participants traveling from across the region.
